Best Parenting Book on the Market

This book landed in my hands at the perfect time! We have been having discipline issues with my 3 year old and this book has really changed my thinking on how to handle and deal with my daughter. This book is not just a parenting book it is a book that helps you understand your personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and how that impacts raising our kids. I love it and plan on doing a Bible study with it. I encourage people to read this to help you examine your walk with Christ, to dispel presuppositions in how you were raised, and to draw you closer as a family. Funny stories are told about his personal experiences with raising his own kids have you laughing up a storm, and realize as a parent you are not alone and that there is a way to have a relationship with your kids while teaching them to make wise choices! Wish I had read this sooner!

I would recommend the product to anyone who wants better relationships, although it is geared for people with children at home. We have a few people in our class who are empty nesters, including us who are facilitating it!

Like it... Needed it

Glad to have this in my library. Honors what's in my little ones and inspires me to honor their innate desire for self-control. I certainly want empowered grown ups to grow from my kids. Any book that helps us toward that goal is great- and this one in easily read form is gonna be instrumental, I believe.
